The Fair Work Commission has declared a 3.75% rise in the National Minimum Wage and minimum award wages.
This is effective from the initial full pay period commencing on or after 1 July 2024.The updated National Minimum Wage will stand at $915.90 per week or $24.10 per hour.
This new National Minimum Wage will be in effect from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2024. If your weekly pay period starts on Wednesday, the new rates will be applicable from Wednesday 3 July 2024.
The National Minimum Wage is relevant to employees not covered by an award or registered agreement.
